Last month, in Portland I saw this under counter espresso machine at a local cafe - PUSH X PULL COFFEE. I was intrigued and asked the barista about it. They mentioned it is an under counter espresso machine made by MAVAM. These can be super expensive but the convenience and the ease of workflow it brings for a busy cafe might well be worth it.
