The KinGrinder P1 - James Hoffmann's review
Thank you Mr. Hoffmann for this review, made me appreciate my "first ever grinder" even more! A very honest review and how good a $33 hand grinder can be.
I have been using the KINGrinder P1 since last 6 months, and I use it for making espresso. While I enjoy the dark roasts that I grind with it, the light roasts are always sour and acidic. I thought it would be my Breville Bambino Plus that is not hot enough to produce a good shot from the light roasts, but after watching this, I think it is my grinder. Looks like time to upgrade the grinder soon.
But for someone like me who just started with coffee and espresso, this grinder was great to dial in my shots(at least in terms of flow rate).

The Flat White: Explained
There has been enough debate about what a flat white should be. I came across this article from almost a decade ago, that has all the questions about flat white answered - from its place of origin, size of drink to its composition, everything is clear(or so).

A kid can do latte art!
If you are in the coffee world, you might have already come across this kid who does latte art. The art is great, for sure, but it just shows how important it is to get the texture of the steamed milk right. I think that in itself is difficult, the art comes later.
