Milk steaming technique by James Hoffmann

Steaming milk for latte art can be a daunting task. Before pouring the art itself, one needs to learn to steam and texture the milk properly. James Hoffman, in this video, beautifully demonstrates the technique of how to achieve the correct milk texture using the steam wand on espresso machines. I think the part where he demonstrates using a transparent glass pitcher and water, really helps to understand what is happening when the steam wand is inside the milk.
